El propósito de la presente monografía se centra en identificar el impacto socio-jurídico de las expectativas de los diferentes grupos de interés frente a los conceptos de verdad y justicia en el proceso de justicia transicional desarrollado por la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP) en Colombia; para ello, se establecen los fundamentos teórico-doctrinales del derecho a la justicia y la verdad en el contexto de dicho tribunal y la jurisprudencia nacional e internacional; de igual forma, se identifican las percepciones de víctimas, operadores jurídicos y congresistas del partido FARC en torno a las nociones de verdad y justicia en el actual proceso de justicia transicional; y, finalmente, se proponen una serie de directrices que procuren la materialización de los conceptos de verdad y justicia desarrollados en el actual proceso de justicia transicional para que sean acogidos por la JEP, teniendo en cuenta las expectativas de tales grupos de interés.The purpose of this monograph focuses on identifying the socio-legal impact of the expectations of different interest groups regarding the concepts of truth and justice in the transitional justice process developed by the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) in Colombia; for this, the theoretical-doctrinal foundations of the right to justice and truth are established in the context of said court and national and international jurisprudence; likewise, the perceptions of victims, legal operators and congressmen of the FARC party are identified regarding the notions of truth and justice in the current transitional justice process; and, finally, a series of guidelines are proposed that seek to materialize the concepts of truth and justice developed in the current transitional justice process so that they are embraced by the JEP, taking into account the expectations of such interest groups.
