Este estudio sobre los recursos empleados para el acceso de los venezolanos al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (SGSSS) de Colombia al 2023, tiene como objetivo principal analizar el uso de recursos derivados de la inclusión de los venezolanos en dicho sistema. La metodología empleada se trata de una investigación de corte jurídico documental, la cual se basa en la revisión exhaustiva de fuentes de acceso público. Inicialmente como conclusiones, en primer lugar, se tiene la aplicación del derecho a la salud no solo para los colombianos, sino también para los migrantes venezolanos, en especial, los regularizados, esto obedece a que puedan afiliarse al SGSSS ya sea de forma subsidiada, siguiendo los pasos solicitados por el SISBEN o contributivos. En segundo lugar, conforme al éxodo masivo de migrantes venezolanos, los últimos 10 años, instituciones y ONGS han buscado garantizar derechos fundamentales, entre ellos el de la salud, por lo que en aras de ampliar la cobertura y atención se han solicitado créditos internacionales con el fin de garantizar derechos básicos de los migrantes. En tercer lugar, al menos en los años del 2020-2022 se han invertido un valor de 300 millones de dólares, los cuales han sido manejados por el Ministerio de Salud y de la Protección Social en Colombia. El año 2023 se requirió un valor de 665 dólares por refugiado y migrante venezolano para cumplir con exigencias como seguridad alimentaria, salud, y educación.This study on the resources used for Venezuelans access to the General Social Health Security System (SGSSS) of Colombia in 2023, has as its objective to analyze the use of resources derived from the inclusion of Venezuelans in said system. The methodology used is a documentary legal investigation based on the exhaustive review of publicly accessible sources. Initially, as conclusions, first of all, there is the application of the right to health not only for Colombians but also for Venezuelan migrants, especially the regularized ones because they can join the SGSSS either on a subsidized basis, following the steps requested by SISBEN or contributors. Secondly, because of the massive exodus of Venezuelan migrants in the last ten years, organizations and NGOs have sought to guarantee fundamental rights, including health, so to expand coverage and care, international credits have to guarantee the basic rights of migrants. Thirdly, in the years 2020-2022, a value of 300 million dollars has been invested and managed by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in Colombia. In 2023, a value of 665 dollars per Venezuelan refugee and migrant was need to fulfill demands such as food security, health, and education.
