El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar - ICBF (2019) indica que el incremento constante en el acceso a las herramientas tecnológicas como los dispositivos móviles genera no solo conductas delictivas en internet, sino también exposición al riesgo de ser víctimas de delito; por ello, es preciso tomar las medidas correspondientes acerca del uso responsable de estos, a fin de frenar a tiempo el crecimiento exponencial de dichos riesgos. lo anterior confirma la necesidad de concientizar a los niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes en el uso responsable y autónomo de las TIC, de modo que puedan aprovechar al máximo las bondades que tienen estas, y además, sean capaces de actuar frente a posibles situaciones de riesgo. Con base en estos principios, este proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo esencial establecer la efectividad del recurso educativo digital “AforchoTIC”, para favorecer en las estudiantes de una Institución Educativa de Colombia, el uso responsable y autónomo de las TIC. Para cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, se procedió a evaluar la efectividad del recurso educativo digital creado para tal fin. Con base en los objetivos específicos se estructuró un marco metodológico con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño cuasiexperimental, y longitudinal, con muestra dividida en dos grupos (control y experimental). Se aplicó un instrumento tipo encuesta, bajo la modalidad de cuestionario autoadministrado, que incluye preguntas abiertas y cerradas. En él se pudo identificar que antes de la interacción con el recurso educativo digital, el 72,2% las estudiantes reconocían que estas herramientas son importantes hoy en día, que el dispositivo que con mayor frecuencia usan para acceder a Internet es el celular con un 94,3%, por lo que lo usan de manera constante. Este uso excesivo generó una tendencia a los riesgos en Internet. Después de la interacción con el recurso pudo observarse en el grupo experimental, un aumento significativo en sus percepciones sobre las TIC en general y sobre la importancia de estas en su aprendizaje; en cuanto a la percepción de los riesgos al usar las TIC, disminuyeron en las opciones de frecuencia de grado de acuerdo; y respecto a acceder a las peticiones de los contactos en las redes sociales, a menor percepción de esta última hay menos riesgos de ser víctimas o victimarias de delitos informáticos. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación advierten la necesidad de una sensibilización con el recurso educativo digital al resto de estudiantes de la institución y generar espacios donde participen los padres de familia y/o cuidadores; en cuanto al rol como docentes debe crearse una política educativa institucional en la que desde cada una de las áreas del saber exista una transversalización de ese uso responsable y autónomo de las TIC con el fin de que las estudiantes aprovechen al máximo dicha herramienta, y al mismo tiempo el docente use los dispositivos que tenga a su alcance como el celular, tablet o computador en sus clases.The Colombian Institute of Family Welfare - ICBF (2019) indicates that the constant increase in access to technological tools such as mobile devices generates not only criminal behavior on the Internet, but also exposure to the risk of being victims of crime; For this reason, it is necessary to take the corresponding measures regarding the responsible use of these, in order to stop the exponential growth of said risks in time. To meet the research objectives, we proceeded to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital educational resource created for this purpose. Based on the specific objectives, a methodological framework was structured with a quantitative approach, quasi-experimental design, and longitudinal, with a sample divided into two groups (control and experimental). A survey-type instrument was applied, under the self-administered questionnaire modality, which includes open and closed questions. In it, it was possible to identify that before the interaction with the digital educational resource, 72.2% of the students recognized that these tools are important today, that the device they most frequently use to access the Internet is the cell phone with a 94.3%, so they use it constantly. This excessive use generated a tendency to risks on the Internet. After the interaction with the resource, a significant increase in their perceptions about ICT in general and about the importance of these in their learning could be observed in the experimental group; Regarding the perception of risks when using ICT, the frequency options of degree of agreement decreased; and with respect to accessing requests from contacts on social networks, the less perception of the latter there is less risk of being victims of computer crimes. The results obtained in the investigation warn of the need to raise awareness with the digital educational resource among the rest of the students of the institution and to generate spaces where parents and/or caregivers participate; Regarding the role as teachers, an institutional educational policy must be created in which from each of the areas of knowledge there is a mainstreaming of that responsible and autonomous use of ICT in order for students to take full advantage of said tool, and at the same time At the same time, the teacher uses the devices at his disposal such as cell phones, tablets or computers in his classes.
