Los días del sol y la luna, corresponde a un resultado de un proyecto de investigación - creación que tiene como fin generar un punto de convergencia entre las tecnologías digitales y la ancestralidad. Es por esto que, por medio del proyecto damos visibilidad a la comunidad pastos-quillasinga a través del trabajo cocreativo realizado entre las tejedoras del resguardo de Cuaspud - Carlosama en Nariño y los estudiantes y docentes de la facultad de diseño de la Universidad de Medellín, para así presentar como resultado vestidos que generan una conversación mediada por las historias y simbologías al rededor del sol (inti) y la luna (quilla) que entrelazan el patrimonio textil, las tecnologías digitales y exploraciones del diseño del vestidoThe Days of the Sun and Moon is the result of a research-creation project that aims to generate a point of convergence between digital technologies and ancestry. Through this project , we give visibility to the Pastos-Quillasinga community through the co-creative work carried out between the weavers of the Cuaspud reserve -Carlosama reserve in Nariño and the students and teachers of the design faculty at the University of Medellín, to present dresses that generate a conversation mediated by the stories and symbols surrounding the sun (inti) and the moon (quilla), intertwining textile heritage, digital technologies, and explorations of dress design.
