dc.descriptionEl presente artículo pretende mostrar un análisis del panorama en el que se encuentra el desarrollo del recurso humano desde lo estratégico. Para lo cual se tendrá en cuenta un marco conceptual de la importancia de la formación en las prácticas de gestión; la formación como “desarrollo del recurso humano DRH”; el DRH desde lo estratégico; y la importancia de los estudios de DRH hoy en día. Para lo cual se realizó un análisis de los marcos teóricos existentes y la revisión de papers en bases de datos. Al final se evidencia la importancia del DRH estratégico en la literatura así como los estudios y autores seminales desde la academia.spa
dc.descriptionThis article shows an analysis and landscape of human resources development from the strategic point of view. It will consider a conceptual framework of the importance of training in management practices; the training as “human resource development” and importance of HRD studies today. An analysis of existing theoretical frameworks and review papers in databases was performed. In the end it shows the importance of strategic HRD in the literature and studies and seminal authors from the academy.spa
