Este artículo retoma elementos de la de investigación “Mediaciones musicales juveniles” que parte de la necesidad de revisar los estereotipos que marcan y fracturan al joven en contextos urbanos y marginales, donde es necesario reconocer al sujeto joven como productor de cultura en relación con las condiciones sociales y económicas que lo determinan. Por ello, en el planteamiento del objetivo principal se propone explorar e identificar las diversas formas de apropiación y reconfiguración de la identidad realizada por las culturas juveniles a través del mundo musical, con sus múltiples vías: cuerpo, imagen, sonido, composición musical, que den cuenta de los significados, sentidos y sensibilidades que transitan en los medios de comunicación alternativos.This chapter is part of the research on “Musical Youthful Mediations”, the start point is the need of analyze the stereotypes that point out and, become weak to the young people in marginal and urban contexts, where is necessary to recognize at the Young people as producer of cultura related with the social and economic conditions which determine them. For this reason the main goal is to explore and identify the differents shapes of appropiation and reconfiguration of the identity made by the youthful cultures through of the musical arena, with its many ways: body, image, sound, musical composition, which showing the significances, senses and sensibilities that go around of the alternative-media.
