This article describes the determining factors of entrepreneurial intention in Colombia university students from GUESSS study data. The determinants of entrepreneurial intention are studied from the theory of planned behavior (TPB) through the variables of perceived desirability, perceived behavioral control and perceived social norms. Thus, the main personal motivations to be an entrepreneur, the strength of entrepreneurial intention, as well as the influence of family, and social context of university students are identified.eng
