dc.descriptionThe Statistical Process Control is oriented to the minimization of reprocessing and waste because it allows identifying, using Control Charts, assignable causes of variation. This paper shows how the use of control charts, to monitor the thickness of aluminum sheet paint, allowed to reduce reprocessing by application and optimize the consumption of raw material. In this way, it is evident that Industrial Statistics is still valid in our organizations. © 2018.spa
