dc.descriptionSocial and human factors have an important role in the software development process. These factors can influence the success of software projects and in teamwork’s productivity. The objective of this research is to measure the perception of software development team members about social and human factors influence their productivity. In order to achieve this objective, an auto-management questionnaire was applied to 112 engineers of software development teams. From descriptive analysis realized it is evident the perception of the participants in the survey, we found a high level of agreement on participant perceptions about the influence of the social and human factors analyzed in software development productivity. © 2021, Associacao Iberica de Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informacao.
