dc.descriptionLa formulación e implementación de una estrategia de transformación digital (TD) se ha convertido en una preocupación clave para muchas organizaciones predigitales, dado el impacto transformador de las tecnologías digitales en casi todos los aspectos del entorno interno y externo de una organización. En consecuencia, existe una necesidad fundamental de ayudar a las empresas en la transición a las tecnologías, y guiarlas para mejorar sus capacidades de una manera estandarizada, objetiva y repetible. Esta investigación ha sido estructurada en VI partes en las que se cuenta el desarrollo de la investigación y de los objetivos propuestos. En la parte I se presentan los aspectos generales de la investigación acerca el planteamiento del problema, justificación, pregunta de investigación, hipótesis, objetivos, alcances y limitaciones. En la parte II se presenta un marco teórico, entre las actividades se realiza un relevamiento de la literatura sobre modelo de madurez (MM); se identifica, analiza y clasifica la información relacionada con los MM propuestos en el contexto de la TD y definiciones del sector cooperativo. En la parte III de exploración se consolida la revisión de literatura orientada a proponer un modelo de madurez de transformación digital (MMTD). Donde se identifican marcos de referencia como ITIL, COBIT, CMMI y Togaf y las necesidades de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito (CAC) de Colombia. En la parte IV se expone la propuesta del modelo de madurez de transformación digital para las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito en Colombia (MMTDCAC) para Colombia. Propone la formulación de un MMTD para la capacidad de TI alineada a la estrategia digital descriptivo y multidimensional para medir el nivel de madurez de las CAC de Colombia. Un MMTD conceptual que describe dimensiones y áreas de medición. El cual adopta un enfoque investigativo realizado bajo un marco comparativo. En la parte V presenta el resultado de la aplicación de un instrumento en expertos para evaluar el Modelo de Madurez de Transformación Digital (MMTD) para las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito en Colombia – MMTDCAC. La parte VI expone las conclusiones del trabajo de investigación.spa
