Resumen
More and more executives in global development-intensive companies are using coaching as a leadership style management, so as Bancolombia choose to focus their efforts toward the development of these leaders. Clearly the contribution of coaching learning processes in individual, team and organizational level because it focuses on change and development of people in the organization.
Likewise, in organizational dynamics, the ratio becomes more important than mere emotional intellectual capacity, which leads to superior performance. Consequently, the performance of individuals allows the development of the organization.
This work is divided into four stages, starting with a diagnostic model of leadership and management skills of Bancolombia which raises the current situation.
Develop two conceptual chapters posed by the development of managerial leadership through emotional intelligence and coaching as a method to improve the performance of individuals.
Finally is the approach of a managerial model of leadership based on emotional intelligence and coaching, which is based on five components, communication, training, motivation, empowerment, and compensation, which should characterize the development of leaders Bancolombia.
